This auction is to settle the estate of a local legend, Joseph G. Halser III. He was a lifetime student, audiophile collector, teacher, inventor, entrepreneur and self-taught genius. Joe was the visionary behind the renovations and creation of The Terminal and Landmark 1850 on Howell Avenue adjacent to Mitchell International Airport (MKE). Joe also held patents on transformer design for high end audiophile audio amps and building world renowned tube amplifiers. His jukebox, architectural items, audio and other collections were also known worldwide.

This multiple building auction is located at 5917 S. Howell Avenue in Milwaukee, Wisconsin and is packed! We are offering architectural items with a local or regional history such as the Wisconsin Hotel, Schlitz Brewery, Plankinton Arcade (Grand Avenue Mall), Avalon Theater, City of Milwaukee, St. John's Cathedral, Allen Bradley, the Blackstone Hotel in Chicago and the Loraine Hotel in Madison, WI to name a few.
